This hat is sturdy and lightweight, adjusts in adjust in 2 places and looks great.

great chin strap and head size adjustment worked great too. Brim not super stiff so brim blows up in the wind or ends up wavy but a great hat

Bought this for a trip to Scotland and it was great to have. It is very light and rolls up small, making it easy to carry with you. It easily fit in my rain jacket pocket. The chin strap kept the hat on my head in strong winds. The hat kept me dry in moderately heavy rain while hiking.

It looks liked there would be a crease it it when I unpacked it from its original shipping packaging; that went away after about a day of letting the hat “rest.”

Bought this hat to protect my face while hiking in Zion and Bryce Canyon. Overall I was pleased with the fit, it is a very lightweight material and the hat can be adjusted around the brim, which helped it to stay on when the wind picked up. Effective UV blocking without impairing your field of vision. This is a good one for being active!

I like that the hat is both sun- and weather-proof and very light with a wide brim. I wear it as a shield against sun and rain; however mainly during my nature walks as a protection against insects, especially ticks.
